All participants in the 2010 Commonwealth Games are required, as a pre-condition of entry, to complete an “Entry and Eligibility Conditions Form”. This form sets out the conditions of entry and eligibility for the Games, it also contains the participants agreement to comply with the Constitution and rules of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), including subsequent amendments, and in particular those rules regarding the eligibility of competitors, the rules relating to personal clothing and equipment, media and the CGF’s rules pertaining to Anti Doping as detailed within the CGF’s Anti Doping Standard developed for the Games.
